UPS CUT OFF FOR SAME DAY SHIPPING IS 2PM EST AND CAN TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

USPS ORDERS WILL USUALLY SHIP WITHIN 24 HOURS AND CAN TAKE UP TO 8 BUSINESS DAYS TO ARRIVE.

ORDERS ARE NOT SHIPPED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY.

Arkansas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, California, Minnesota, Mississippi, Wisconsin, Wyoming, and Washington D.C.

States We Cannot Ship To

We are unable to ship THC seltzer products to the following states:

Alabama, Alaska, Connecticut, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Utah, and Washington.

Average Shipping Time

SHIPPING TIMES ARE AN ESTIMATE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY SHIPPING TIMES.

Processing times for shipments are 24-48 hours Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Shipping takes an average of 5 to 7 business days depending on location. During sales or holiday season, shipping times may increase.

Can I Change or Modify a Shipping Address?

Due to age verification requirements, once your order has been placed, you cannot modify your shipping address. You can update your shipping address in your account settings for future orders.

How Can I Check the Status of an Order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

Failed Delivery – Wrong Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and accurate shipping address. If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, we can reprocess your shipment for $10 or cancel the order once it is received, minus our cancellation fee and the original shipping cost. (If free shipping was selected, a $10 shipping fee will be charged.) Please contact us to get your return-to-sender (RTS) order processed.

Age Verification

All orders require age verification at delivery. Recipients must be 21 years of age or older to receive Drink Hi! People products. A valid government-issued ID will be required upon delivery.
